How do I set the time and date?
Pull out the crown to the desired position.
1. Rest mode and wind-up function for automatic Zeitmesser
2. Date set-up
3. Time set-up
To set up the time, turn the pulled out crown until the hands are in the desired position or the date is set correctly.
Note: There are 24 hours in a day, but watches have only 12 hours on their faces. When setting the date, make sure you choose the proper date change point to ensure the date doesn’t change at noon.
Also keep in mind: While the date jumps from one day to another, the transition inside the movement takes longer. It occurs between 9 pm and 4 am or between 9 am and 4 pm if your Zeitmesser has been set up to the incorrect day-night rhythm. Changing the date during these time periods could damage the date movement.
Is my timepiece water resistant?
Your Zeitmesser is water proof up to 5 ATM pressure. It easily keeps the water out as you go about your everyday routines, such as washing your hands or the dishes. However, it’s not designed for permanent exposure to water.
How can I exchange my straps?
Switching out our wristbands takes just a few seconds. Simply pull the pin on the band seam towards the inside and the band will come off on its own. To affix the new band, push the pin to the inside until it locks into place. For further assistance please watch our tutorial here
