As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail, in which you will find a tracking number for shipment tracking.

EU

For parcels shipped within the EU, we use the DHL Express Service so that your parcel arrives within 1-3 days.

Shipping is free for orders over 100 EUR. Shipping costs 9 EUR for orders under 100 EUR.

Returns are free of charge.

Rest of world

For parcels that are sent to countries outside the EU, we use the DHL Express Service so that your parcel arrives within 3-5 days.

Shipping is free for orders over 100 EUR. Shipping costs 19 EUR for orders under 100 EUR.

We bear all costs for VAT, import duties and/or taxes in the respective country of destination!

Germany

Your timepiece will be shipped climate neutrally by DHL parcel. The watch straps are sent by Deutsche Post. Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 working days. Shipping and returns are free of charge for you.

Shipping to a Packstation is also possible. Please make sure that you include your postal number when sending your order to a packing station.

Do you also offer express shipping in Germany?
Express shipments are possible within Germany for an additional charge of 8.00 EUR. If you place your order in our shop by 12:00 noon, the package will be shipped the same day and delivered the next day. If we receive your order after 12:00 a.m., it will be shipped on the next working day at the latest. For express shipments, you can also make changes to the delivery instructions afterwards, such as determining the drop-off location or the delivery date.

Austria

Your package will be shipped climate neutrally with DHL Express. Delivery usually takes place within 1-2 working days.

Switzerland

Your package will be shipped with DHL Express.

Delivery usually takes place within 2-4 working days.

Free Returns

We want you to be satisfied. If after receiving your watch you find that you don't like it, you can return it to us within 30 days after receipt.

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in their original packaging. Of course, it is okay to try on an item as you would in a shop, but please do not wear items you are returning.

As soon as the package reaches us, we will refund your money within 14 days.

Repairs & Complaints

Is something wrong with your timepiece?

We have taken precautions. In our partner watch workshop in Germany, we store several thousand individual parts, from watch glasses to movements, so that if the worst comes to the worst, we will be able to repair your timepiece for many years to come. Trained watchmakers ensure that your timepiece will soon be as good as new again.

Of course, we handle warranty cases for you free of charge.
