Shipping
Shipping and returns are free of charge within the EU.
Within the EU
We ship our parcels with DHL Paket. The straps are shipped as an insured letter by the Deutsche Post. The delivery usually takes place within 1-3 working days. The shipping is free of charge for you.
Outside the EU
For parcels that are shipped to a third country, i.e. outside the EU, we use the DHL Express Service, ensuring your parcel will arrive within 2-5 days. (Exceptions are: Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, Russia - Standard DHL International shipping is used) The shipment is free of charge for you. Please be aware of the fact, that possible delivery delays may occur due to issues on the service provider site or customs checks.
For orders to third countries there is no VAT shown on the invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot bear any costs related to value added tax, import duties and/or taxes in the respective destination country. For more information regarding the amount of the costs, we kindly recommend you to contact your local customs office.
Express shipping
We offer Express shipments at an extra charge. If you place your order by 12:00 noon (UTC +2) in our shop, the package will be shipped the same day and delivered to you on the next day (if you live within the EU). Please be aware of the fact that possible delivery delays may occur due to issues on the service provider site.
For express shipments, you also have the possibility to change the delivery address, determine the storage location or the delivery date, afterwards.
