Worry-free thanks to sapphire crystal

We only use sapphire crystal for our timepieces. This type of watch glass is usually found in the luxury watch market.

For a perfect view of the dial, we apply a double anti-reflective coating to the sapphire crystal.

What exactly is sapphire crystal?

Sapphire is the third hardest transparent material in the world - after diamond and moissanite.

Curved sapphire crystal not only looks good, it makes the durable watch crystal even more resistant.

This makes it virtually impossible for your sapphire crystal watch to get scratched in everyday life.

The Best Naos of All Time

The Naos Pro Automatik blends polished and brushed surfaces: the polished bezel and case back complement a brushed midsection, giving the timepiece a more premium look while also appearing slimmer. At just 9 mm height, the Naos Pro Automatik is 25% thinner than the Naos Automatik, making it even more comfortable to wear.

The enlarged crown makes setting and winding the watch easier – a request from our STERNGLAS community. For improved readability, we’ve cleaned up the indices, enlarged the numbers, and increased the line thickness on the curved, satin-finished dial.

The engine on your wrist: the Miyota 9015

The mechanical automatic movement 9015 from the Japanese manufacturer Miyota does not need any batteries at all. The wearer's natural hand movements cause the rotor to oscillate and thus the movement to run.

According to Miyota, the accuracy is max. -10/+30 sec/day.

Every timepiece is adjusted and tested by us after assembly, so that we are well below the maximum values.

Elegant leather strap or striking link bracelet?

The Bridle leather strap comes from a Bavarian manufacturing company.

The English bridle leather is used in equestrian sports, as a bridle and in the saddle, and is therefore characterized by its particular resistance and robustness. The decorative stitching picks up on the colors of the timepiece and completes the rounded overall look.

The solid 316L stainless steel link bracelet with polished and brushed links echoes the case finish of the timepiece and completes the rounded overall look.

Easy strap change without tools

Thanks to the quick-change system, you can give your timepiece a new look in just 10 seconds:

1 — Slide the pin of the spring bar inwards.

2 — Pull the strap off the watch.

3 — Put on a new strap by sliding the pin inwards again and inserting the spring bar one after the other into the holes in the case.

How is the movement maintained?

We recommend that you have your watch serviced every 3-5 years if it is used daily.

Since there are oils and resins in the watch that can dry out over time, they should be replaced regularly, otherwise mechanical abrasion or bearing damage can occur in the movement. Seals should be checked every 5 years and replaced if necessary, crown and barrel every ten years. This ensures that you will enjoy your mechanical watch for a long time.
